Membership discounts cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions. Membership payments are due on the first of each month for six months or until your membership is canceled. Membership subscriptions can be cancelled after the initial 6-month period has expired. All cancellations require a 30 day written notice. No refunds will be issued on balances after cancellation. We reserved the right to revoke membership at any time for misconduct on our premises.
